Introduction

In CSMLPipeline, unless otherwise specified, the parameters of the component input and output files are supposed to URI notation. This section explains how to herein.

The general format of the URI

[Scheme :][// Authority] [path] [? Query] [# fragment]

supported schemes

CSMLPipeline in support of the following schemes.

  • file
  • http / https
  • ftp
  • custom
    • userdir
    • rel
    • home
    • temp
    • workspace
    • webdav
    • webdavs

file scheme

Use this to specify a local file.
example:

file:/C:/CSMLData/input.csml
file://home/csmluser/CSMLData/input.csml

http / https scheme

Use the web to specify a file on the server.
example:

http://www.csml.org/download/model/csml30/apoptosis_30.csml
https: / / ID: password @ host [: port] / path [? query] [# fragment]

ftp scheme

Use ftp to specify a file on the server.
example:

ftp : //ID: password @ host [: port] / path

custom schemes

Scheme is useful when you specify a local file.

user dir scheme

Use this file to specify the directory relative to the user.
The user directory and the directory where the file was executed (JWS if the boot directory of the boot file is put) refers to.

rel scheme

Used to specify a file relative to the directory of files to be loaded into the pipeline pipeline application. If there is no pipeline to load the file, userdir will be the same behavior if you specify a scheme.
For example, the path of the pipeline to load the file C: / CSMLPipeline/sample1/testFlow.xml case the rel :/../ sample2/testFlow.xml, file: / C: / CSMLPipeline/sample2/testFlow.xml refers to the same file will be.
In addition, ../sample2/testFlow.xml the abbreviation scheme is considered rel, rel :/../ sample2/testFlow.xml will be treated as.

home scheme

Used to specify a file relative to the user's home directory.

temp scheme

Pipeline application (GUI version) Temporary Folder's Preferences settings specified in the file used to specify a basis.If you have not set the Preferences, OS will be specified in the standard temporary directory.

workspace schemes

Pipeline application (GUI version) in the Workspace Folder Preferences specified in the settings used to specify a file basis. If you have not set the Preferences, userdir will be the same behavior if you specify a scheme.

webdav scheme

http webdav extension to the protocol used to access.

example:

webdav: / / hostname / path in the format specified.

webdavs scheme

Extends the use https when accessing webdav protocol.

example:

webdavs: / / hostname / path in the format specified.
